Research and Development

From the beginning, the company's vision and strategic goals have been based on pro-customer research and development, which cannot be imagined without feedback from customers and without translating the results into production. That's why we work closely with our customers, task assigners, to solve their business plans.

Our own development department uses modern technologies from the Catia 3D workplace licensed by Dassault Systemes to modern machining centers, all under one roof, which guarantees an optimal development process and prompt testing of procedures.

Successful projects include, for example, the evaluation of the company VYVA PLAST, s.r.o. in the Czech national competition Packaging of the Year, most recently in the 2012 WorldStar Packaging Awards. However, with each project that meets the customer's specifications comes the enthusiasm for further challenges and the satisfaction of our 30 years of effort.

The company VYVA PLAST, s.r.o. offers comprehensive services in the field of thermoforming. The goal of the implemented project of the company entitled "Expansion of automation and digitization in the company VYVA PLAST, s.r.o.

in connection with Industry 4.0" is the acquisition of advanced automation technologies of the production section with a connection to autonomous software control, which will enable the introduction of a higher degree of automation and robotization in the company. The project will create an environment and infrastructure in society according to the character of the next stage of the industrial revolution.
